Ready to Learn? is a book that focuses on the efforts of South African civil society to ensure the best quality of basic education in schools. It was produced by the Legal Resources Centre (LRC) in 2013. It was somewhat of a special book for us as education in South Africa is one of our biggest passions. We found a way to breathe life into the long legal articles with the use of photographs published by Mail and Guardian, revealing the stark realities of schools in the Eastern Cape.
